Still not sure
These were recommended to me for many reasons, (pain relief, migraines, etc.). I needed to keep them on by wrapping them with stretch wrap. As far as pain relief, when I wore them, the next day I woke up with one of the worst migraines I had had in a long time. Was this because it was removing the toxins? I do not know. I have been hesitant to try again.

Not good
I have had foot pads in the past where they would get all the toxic out but these did not do the job, I will be sending them back along with the shields they are not clear at all, cant see through them

There ok donโt take everything thing off the bottom of the foot and the two steps to put it together. I prefer the ones that are built in!
