Gave me a pouch because the waist trainer slid up when I would go walking lol. Like a pregnant looking pouch so I was embarrassed to even wear it in front of my husband. HAha. However— I must say job well done overall. Serves its purpose to make you sweat and shed pounds. This was my first purchase when I started my weight loss journey. With a better diet coupled with 45 min walking (in the heat and well hydrated!) I lost just about 15 pounds before giving it a rest. I also have two small babies that I would push in their stroller at a fast pace (sometimes repeated running & walking). I was looking for the quickest way to shed weight before going to the gym. Started at 262 standing at 5’6 and considered to have an apple shape. So, the “pouch situation” may not affect someone who has an hour glass shape. If you’re thinking of buying- give it an honest chance! Consistently. I now weigh 216, so this purchase was a step in the right direction.

Nice pants but the waste trainer was too small, I ended up cutting it off so I could wear the pants.

I definitely sweat a lot in the gym & can feel the calories are burning while wearing this material. I would buy this again in more colors if it’s available. The sizing is perfect as well.

Didn't like the hook and eye closures.to much undressing to use the bathroom!🐈

These pants definitely make me sweat when working out. They are comfy and fit well on my legs, however, I do feel the need to pull them up every once in a while, especially at the beginning of my routine (hence the 4 stars). Once I start sweating, they seem to stay in place more. I am ok with that, and will buy a second pair shortly. I did not wear them with any other leggings underneath because they don’t feel itchy or cause any sort of rashes directly against my skin. I have only worn them once, but I did feel the results right after that first wear: smoother skin, no obvious weight loss, but definitely a feeling of having lost some “volume”. I still have that feeling even a couple of days after wearing them. Interestingly, they also help me feel more “stable” when performing balance-related exercises. They do have a chemical smell and they make some noise when wearing them, but that is normal, given they’re neoprene pants.

Love how it makes me sweat just wearing running and during workouts. I bought xxl could have went dow a size.

There are 3 different levels of adjustment/tightness which is perfect for different body types...like if you have larger hips etc. This belt, however, comes attached to the sauna pants and you cannot remove it just like that. If you are in a rush to use the washroom, you should give yourself enough time to remove the belt because it has a lot of hooks to buckle the belt to your waist (like some corsets).• All-in-all, this sauna pants is worth your money!

I wear a size 10-12 or large or xl depending on the brand and or cut of the pants yet I ordered a 2x in these pants which yes I have space but wouldn’t have it any other way. I purchased smaller before and they kept coming down and I ended up with welts under my buttocks. So if you have thick legs order up and don’t give two f***s about the tag. The sweat is real in these pants definitely recommend. Only downside is they don’t come with pockets .

Je le porte pour ma marche quotidienne, il est très confortable et il contribue vraiment à faire suer car jai les jambes toutes mouillées lorsque je reviens de marcher. La ceinture autour de la taille contribue à maintenir le ventre bien comme il faut. Je ka recommande car je l'adore.
