I know some people already read reviews on this Bible's content, and are curious about the quality of the "premium" aspects of is manufactured quality.Premium:The goatskin leather is very soft. And although the spine is very rigged, as you can see from one of the pictures, it has no problems laying flat to read.The red/gold page edges gives it a classic feel, without looking cheap. This bible stays open to any page, and stays closed. Everything about this bible is high quality, and the comment can't be beat, as a study Bible.Content:I appreciate the yellow tinted paper, over the white. When reading the Bible, it makes it easier on my eyes.Unlike most study Bibles, the words of Jesus are not in bright red; rather they're in dark bold font. I feel this makes it easier to read.I appreciate biographies on the various contributors to the various passage comments/insights. This allows me to help justify their feedback.Each chapter has an introduction, which isn't unlike most study Bibles, but the format is easy to read and not too verbose. The Bible allows the content and the commentary to do their job.This will definitely be my daily Bible driver for years to come. Now to hunker down and learn more about my faith.

This is everything a Bible should be; and, of course, more. More because it includes a wealth of quotes from the Fathers of the undivided Church. The Bible itself is a work of beauty. Quality lettering, quality paper, beautiful soft leather, with quality binding that will last longer than I will live. A Bible worthy of the Word.

The Buffalo leather is amazing! Love the yellow tinted pages helps with long reading sessions. I highly recommend worth every penny.

The CSB Ancient Faith Bible is totally unique in my experience. I don't know that I can do it justice in this review. Reading the insights and perspectives of the early church fathers is fascinating. Historical perspective that adds richness to the scriptures. Educational and thought-provoking to say the least. The quality of the Bible is First Rate from the goatskin leather to the feel of the pages. It is a total wow! Don't hesitate to pull the trigger on this one.

I've had this Bible for awhile now. I love the yellow pages. They have a cool look to them and are easier on the eyes than bright white paper. The 3 book marks it has are really nice too. This was a great purchase and I am glad I could get it on a massive sale.The notes in the Bible are super interesting. They give perspectives you may not have ever considered. It's cool to get small biographies about the authors of the notes too.**Below is the original comment and its editIt arrived and has a few small cuts on the outside if the front cover and on the inside and outside of the back cover.This may be due to the pretty flimsy box it came in.Other than that I have no problems with the Bible and I like the notes in it.**EditSo not sure what it was on the outside of my Bible but it came off after I pulled it off with tweezers. It was a glue like substance that felt and looked like cuts. The only actual cuts on my Bible were on the inside of the back cover and even then it's small.

I had never been interested in knowing what the early church fathers meant to me today.This has given me appreciation for their dedication and commitment to the truth

Tried the Holman Handcrafted Ultrathin CSB and was terribly disappointed with quality. This one was pretty good for what it is. Yellowish paper is gimmicky but I don’t mind it. I like that you get voices from the early church fathers so it’s a different take on a study Bible.

I've been looking for a Bible like this, thank you it's perfect.
