This is the BEST and most comfortable!!!! *by N***K on February 10, 2016* I have been using this for cold therapy on my lower back and on my shoulder. Being that this has the two elastic straps with velcro, it is super easy to use. No struggling with ice bags or ice packs and trying to keep them in place. With this I pull it out of the freezer, wrap it around my back like a support belt, and secure it in place using the velcro on the straps. I refer to it as my "Ice Belt". You'll find you're not stuck sitting somewhere trying to keep an ice bag or ice pack in place. Instead you'll put it on like a support belt, and go about your business. I can sit at the computer, get up and do some woodworking, put out the trash, etc...and never worry about it falling off. Similarly, when I apply the cold wrap to my shoulder, the elastic straps go across my back and chest, and affix with the velcro. Again, I can get up, move around and do things without the cold wrap moving off my shoulder.Besides all of the advantages, this hot/cold wrap is priced very, very, very reasonably!!! My doctor thought it was a $50 pack and almost fell over when I told him the price. Buy this!!!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nicely Designed Velcro Straps Make It Quick and Easy to Position Where You Want It *by I***R on March 13, 2018* I have tried a few different brands/styles of cold wraps, and this one seems to be the most sensible one I have found yet. Other designs are way too heavy for their strap, and end up falling out of place. Or, they are very expensive. This one is easy to use, seems to stay cold in a cooler when I take it on gigs, and stays cold on my body for the prescribed amount of time for cold therapy (15-20 minutes). I bought a second one so I can swap them out on breaks. The velcro straps work VERY well for keeping the pack nice and firmly held in place. The only "negative" thing about this device is that it doesn't stay cold for long, if that is what you're looking for. Otherwise, it's highly portable (in a cooler of ice or ice packs) and simple to use.
