I always appreciate when Amazon sellers package their picture frames nicely! This frame arrived in perfect condition, and was packaging in a sturdy box with styrofoam corner protectors and protective film on both sides of the plexiglass. I'm really picky when it comes to any scratches/defects, and there really were none, which is so rare! The frame was constructed perfectly, without any gaps or cracks in the engineered wood. The white woodgrain color is really nice, and the grain makes it look more expensive than it is. It looks great on my vector graphic art print!The metal attachments on the back of the frame are a little different from standard frames in that you need to twist them to take out the cardboard/print or to secure the cardboard/print into the frame, rather than lifting the metal pieces up or pressing them down. However, I think these metal turn buttons will last longer than the ones that you lift up/down. However, make sure that when you twist the metal turn buttons that they don't dig into the cardboard. That accidentally happened when I tried opening the back of my frame for the first time, but it only caused minor damage/scrapes in the back of the cardboard. It helps to press down on the cardboard whenever you twist the attachments to prevent scratching the cardboard and also to make it easier to twist the metal turn buttons.This frame comes with sawtooth hangers already installed which is a nice touch, but you will need to provide your own nails to hang it. The frame is also meant to be hung on a wall, so there is no table top frame stand in the back.The plexiglass does have some glare, but that is expected considering it is plexiglass and not real glass with anti-glare coating. It doesn't bother me though.Overall, this is an excellent, quality picture frame, and I would highly recommend this product for all of your 12x18 poster-hanging needs!!

Bought July 2023 from seller amazon.com for $28.After having read a lot of negative reviews of this product and bad past experiences with Amazon as a seller of other products using crappy packaging, i was positively surprised by pretty perfect packaging. Shipping label on package still from china, so this was not repackaged somewhere in the USA but simply delivered within 48 hours by amazon prime to me. Styrofoam corners and cardboard side reinforcements. No damage of the frame even though the packaging showed its travels. Nice.I bought the "Natural-Wood" version of the frame to fit my $5 park map from a trip. IMHO nice color matching. Nice faux wood structure on the frame.The frame does fit exactly 30x20 posters and has a visible window is 29.5" x 19.5". Nice.The acrylic and faux-wood frame makes it very lightweight.Only real downside are the reflections from the glossy acrylic, but i could not find any non-glare option in this price range.

I bought this frame for a signed poster from a great band, Misaligned Mind. It is well-made and has more than enough latches to hold everything in place. Although it is plastic, it looks like wood. It took all of five minutes to take the back off, insert my poster and ticket, and secure everything in place. I bought a second one for my friend who also received a signed poster.For the money, this is a quality frame.

i wanted a frame that was both rustic in style and lightweight, and this one is perfect. i like everything about it, including that the picture i put in it is well secured with numerous clasps, and instead of glass there is sturdy plastic in front of it.

My dad does a lot of puzzles and we used this frame to display one of the hardest ones he did. It was the perfect size and the light color complimented the puzzle picture. The frame is very well made and he hung it in the livingroom and is keeping it up year round as the cardinals are a tribute to my mom who passed away just before Christmas last year. We bought another frame for another puzzle and it was perfect too. It comes quickly and well packaged. I would highly recommend it.

I have ordered two other white 20x30 frames, both of which have proven to be of lesser quality (as they arrived broken each time). This held up to shipping and is such a nice looking frame. I like the plexiglass vs. glass too.

Definitely looks like the quality you get at a frame store, not the frequently lower quality you find at this price online. Love it.

I bought two of these to frame two 18x24 posters I had. Worked perfectly! The frames came well packaged and intact.Very easy to assemble- you just remove from packaging, flip the frame "holders" to the side, take out the stock image paper, peel off both sides of film from plexiglass and put it back together :) You don't even have to "flatten" a rolled poster.. it'll just flatten itself in the frame.

El marco es de buena calidad, es problema que la culpa sea mía por no leer los detalles pero el marco en sí es de 16x24 pulgadas pero no es posible colocar imágenes o pinturas de 16x24 pulgadas por lo que lean bien el detalle del mismo antes de comprar

I'm very satisfied with the fame. It's pretty solid and metal bits on the back are much better than other frames I've used. They just swing around to whatever direction you want. My poster fits perfectly.

この時期円安で高かったです涙でも可愛いです。ピッタリパズルを収めてくれました。後ろの作りは100均によくある写真額のような小さい金属を指で上げて下げての閉じ方で充分にあるのでよかった。たまに少ない抑えのパズル用額がありますよね.....

Pricey for this type of frame but was exactly what I needed

The Amazon box it came in was ripped almost open and the frame itself was punctured in the front that also cracked through to the back of the frame. The “Natural Wood Grain” moulding is anything but natural and just a wood-look plastic mould and the glazing is a cheap, thing plexiglass. Delivery timeframe was reasonable and frame is true to size.
