Slight burn when you're working out but doesn't work if you if you just apply it without working out. I have seen a difference in my arms and waist since using this, saran wrap, and a trainer but it could've just been water weight

I’ve only started using it & the burn effect is definitely there. Just hoping to see results soon.

So far doing good, being using for a month now, has a warming to it after about five minutes of being on skin. I use it twice a day, I noticed I have more gas, lol must be burning up the fat cells.

This product gives off a sensation of heat after you've had it on a few minutes. It is thick and definitely makes men sweat

You will feel the heat after applying this cream but it does subside. Only down side is the tubes are small.

The cream had a terribly offensive smell. Couldn't stand it. Had to send it back!

I haven't noticed any results yet. However, you feel the tingling.
