Review: A Huge Improvement. - This was a perfect fit for my 2020 Longhorn with a 6.7 Cummins. It is well made, and easier to install than the original plastic cap. It is solid, nice heavy weight, and I am sure iiit will last the life of the truck. This made my filter change so much easier. Definitely get this if you are changing your own filters.
Review: A serious chunk of well-machined aluminum - This review might be a little premature because I haven't installed it yet, but Im rarely THIS impressed with an item I receive from an desertcart order of an unknown product. Without speaking to the fit and function, the look and feel of this thing is awesome. Its a very heavy, MASSIVE chunk of billet aluminum, and the machining looks very well done. I will update this review after I get it installed but for $33 I think its a steal. I could probably get my money back for it at the recycler LOL. Anyone who has replaced the fuel filters on a 2019-2024 Ram HD knows how bad those plastic OEM cap threads bind up, and thats why you're looking at this one. It seems like a nice unit for a fair price.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this fit my 2022 Ram 2500 6.7L Cummins?**
A: Yes. This 68065612AA cap is specifically designed for 2011-2024 Ram 6.7L Cummins engines (2500, 3500, 4500, 5500), as well as 2010 Dodge Ram models.

**Q: Does it come with the O-ring?**
A: No, this package includes the CNC Aluminum Cap ONLY. Since your new fuel filter kit already includes a brand-new O-ring, we do not provide one to avoid waste.

**Q: Is it hard to remove the old plastic cap?**
A: Not with this upgrade! Our cap features sharp, non-slip edges designed for a 1-1/8" socket wrench. Unlike the stock cap which often rounds off and gets stuck, ours allows for quick, easy removal during every future filter change.

**Q: Will this cause any fuel leaks?**
A: Quite the opposite. Our cap is precision CNC machined to ensure a tighter, more stable fit than the factory plastic version. Applying a small amount of dielectric grease to the threads and O-ring during installation will ensure a leak-proof seal.

**Q: Why should I upgrade from plastic to aluminum?**
A: The OEM plastic caps are prone to heat deformation and can easily crack or "round off" over time, making future filter changes a nightmare. Our CNC billet aluminum cap provides superior heat resistance and structural integrity.

great fit, no leaks. I did put a film of clean grease on the threads since it is aluminum against plastic.
