Pros: I sweat like I wanted and I like that I got the long sleeve. As an older woman, I HATE the turkey arms! 😳 This provides me the hope that they too will burn off.Cons: Too short and I have to pull it down every 100 steps because it rolls up. Ugghhh. Just as my pants roll down at the top. So there I am with a cool spot on my back I don't want. Oh well.Overall, it does make me sweat so ..... YEAH!

For anyone having the same questions as me and needed more than just the generals!Im 5'6, bra 40D, and weight 216 lbs.I ordered a Large because I wanted this to fit me nice and snug but not overly tight! I was a little skeptical about the size because online, you just never know! But I went with what some other girls got based on their sizes and hoped for the best! And it fits perfectly! I went a size down from what I usually get on a product like this ( for the purpose needed) I usually get an XL or 1X....It is extremely stretchy without being stretched out! I haven't work out with it but I can tell I will sweat on this! The only down side is the smell! It's smells too much like plastic chemicals but im sure, ( I hope!) It wears off when washed the first time!

I'm 5'4" and 200lbs and first I got a large, but I really wanted something form fitting, so I bought a second one in a medium, which I'm wearing in the picture.I'm VERY big busted, and my arm fat in 17 inches in diameter and the medium was a perfect form fit, but still not snug enough as it's very stretchy.I love the fact that it makes me sweat without even trying and my arms have actually gotten smaller so I'm going to get a size small soon. I still use the large as more of a jacket over my clothes and the medium i can actually wear without a bra, so I'm excited to get the size small as the medium is getting a bit big and it's been a week of wearing everyday.I will also say it tends to shrink after you wash (warm water) and dry it (medium heat).

I purchased an XL. I am between a L and XL and ordered according to the size chart. It fits perfectly. I use this neoprene shirt to ride a motorcycle in cold weather with a Freeze Out shirt from Cycle Gear and 2 32* very thin shirts from Costco underneath the neoprene. Then I wear a sweatshirt and my leather vest over it. It keeps me warm when riding in 45* weather. Riding 75 mph, it is equivalent to 31* with wind. I wear it with just a t-shirt underneath when riding in 60* weather and it keeps me warm. I do not use this neoprene shirt to work out, so I cannot tell you if it helps to sweat.

I like this sauna jacket, but the smell is a bit hard to get past. I had purchased this item for fall to winter walks to wear under my workout sweater instead of having to put on a bulky, heavy coat. It works well enough to keep me warm, but the smell is truly strong, I have tried a few things to see if it helps like throwing it in the washer more than a dozen times with different detergent, fabric softeners, I even tried putting carpet deodorizer all over it and allowing it to “absorb,” the fresh scent of “spring and baking soda,” over night before tossing it in the washer again. Trust me it didn’t work. Everything it comes in contact with for longer than 5 minutes will smell just as bad. Would I recommend this? Probably not. Too bad I can’t return =(

I am 5.5ft and 170 lb and I ordered large size because these kind of clothes usually fit little smaller . Material is kind of light but gave me enough sweating during my spinning time most important thing about material was very stretchy so that helps me to feel comfortable. When I opened the product I smelled no good rubber scent even that smell continued in couple days and i washed the shirt every day so now no more smelling rubber .

As long as your working out or working out it definitely works but I mistakenly ordered a small and planned on returning it the moment I placed the ordered and realized I ordered a small and based on chart said I should have been a large or medium based on other reviews I assumed I would push for a medium At least since most people said it runs big and let me tell you it does even the small fit me big and made me feel like this must be a one size fits all jacket cause this is huge an would fit honestly everyone and because it’s huge it only works the sweat up with u actually work out but cool thing is it does look like a regular jacket so I use it every where just to try and swear more cause if not I don’t feel it makes u sweat so much and that’s only because it’s not as snug as sauna suit or sweat suits should be to actually touch the skin to actually make it release the sweat but other than that It’s also for clarification on my body cause that’s one factor I looked for in reviews is I’m currently 190lbs a size 36dd and I’m 5’3 and I typically wear a size 11 in jeans

Love it fits gd but i should of got a medium-size ..instead of a large worn it under my jacket to the gym it kept me warm and worn it in the gym for my daily wrkout ..would definitely buy frm them again
