Victorinox Ceramic Diamond Sharpener with Knife Stand

Works very well! Easy to use with quick results

I only have one ceramic knife. It was nowhere near as sharp as advertised when I got it. I suppose I should have sent it back, but this sharpener proved its worth by sharpening that one knife. It's also supposed to work on metal knives, but since I have the regular diamond sharpener for those, I'm just saving it for the ceramic.

This is a very small unit, a bit over 6" long with a 2.5" sharpening surface. The featherweight plastic "knife stand" is a joke. It's way too small to hold my 8" Victorinox chef's knife securely. About the only thing it's good for is demonstrating the proper sharpening angle. I feel like I was ripped off. To me, it isn't worth half what I paid.

Sharpens very nicely

The plastic knife-holder was way too small to hold either of my ceramic knives but the sharpener worked well enough. The knifes are not as sharp as when they were new, but they still beat out my traditional steel ones.

This sharpener provides a good grit for sharpening ceramic blades.

Der Messerschleifer funktioniert mit der Schleiflehre sehr gut für große Messer,kleine muss man "freihändig" schleifen, weil die Schleiflehre dann nicht passt.aber gutes Produkt, weil es für alle Messer verwendbar ist, auch Keramik.Braucht auch nicht viel Platz.
