Great flavor without FODMAPs
Great garlic and shallot flavor. The shallot-infused olive oil makes the best vinaigrette. You really can’t tell there weren’t shallots in recipe. Garlic-infused is mild so it doesn’t overwhelm your recipe. And importantly, my gut is not agitated by the FODMAPs contained in shallots and garlic.
