Do these rounds have a right or wrong way surface face to be placed in the pan

Both sides look the same, slightly shiny. I’ve not had a problem with them and I don’t check which way in they go.

Do I have to grease it first

No need to grease the parchments are great for the base maybe just lightly grease the side of the cake tin. Tip when you take your cake out of the cake tin leave the parchment on the bottom till it cools a little, it helps keep the cake moist.

Does anyone use these for printing artwork/geli plate printing

No, used for lining cake tins only!!

Can these rounds b used as separators when freezing cakes?

Yes, no problem, but better to use grease proof paper on a roll, can cut required length, then cover with cling film, then foil, this keeps cakes moist but not wet when thaw out, this is just my way,others may not agree.

Great price for quality & quantity. Actually baking parchment not grease proof paper so really pleased.I was hoping to avoid the need to cut circles and avoid waste again but they are slightly bigger than an 8” tin so still need trimming hence dropping a star.
