Small and easy to take, great value

Great product. Tablets are small and easy to take.

Having taken these B12 tablets for the past 3 months, I'm quite impressed with the overall quality and value. As someone following a plant-based diet, finding a reliable B12 supplement was crucial for me. Pros: - The 1000mcg dosage is ideal for daily supplementation - Tablets are small and easy to swallow - No unpleasant aftertaste - Great value with 450 tablets lasting over a year - Methylcobalamin form is well-absorbed - Vegan-friendly formula - Started noticing improved energy levels after about 2-3 weeks Cons: - Tablets can occasionally stick to the bottle - The coating has a slightly chalky texture - Would prefer if the bottle was more eco-friendly My energy levels have definitely improved since starting these supplements, and I no longer experience that mid-afternoon slump. The methylcobalamin form is superior to cyanocobalamin, which some cheaper alternatives use. I've had my B12 levels tested before and after using these, and there's been a noticeable improvement. The price point is excellent considering the quantity - much more economical than buying smaller bottles. The GMP approval gives me confidence in the manufacturing quality. While not perfect, these tablets offer excellent value for money and deliver on their promises. Would recommend, especially for vegans or anyone with B12 deficiency concerns. Tip: I take mine in the morning with breakfast for best absorption.

Good product, great for if you are deficient but don't need the injections yet. This type of B12 was actually recommended by my GP and now the levels have come up from 123 to 916 within 4 months!!

Easy to take very small

Neural review as can’t feel any benefit after a year of taking them. I have borderline B12 deficiency but sadly can’t get injection from NHS after a year of taking these my reading still borderline down to the fact these pass through the gut and benefits then lost. I won’t be buying more but feel free to try for yourself

I’ve just recently started taking these Vitamin B12 tablets and have been consistent with one a day. It’s still early to say definitively how much they’re working, but I do feel a noticeable lift in my daily energy levels and overall alertness — which is exactly what B12 is supposed to support (energy production, healthy nervous system function, and red blood cell formation). The tablets themselves are impressively small, which makes them very easy to take — no struggle swallowing like some larger supplements. I did find out through my own research, however, that these are best chewed before swallowing. That’s not noted anywhere on the container, and I think it would be a very useful piece of guidance to have on the label for first-time users. As for the experience of chewing, the tablets are flavorless (which may be a positive for those sensitive to taste), but they do break down into a powdery consistency that’s easy to digest. I personally don’t mind it at all, though a light natural flavoring could make them more pleasant. Another nice point is that they’re vegan-friendly, which makes them suitable for a wide range of diets. The bottle itself is a good size, and you get a generous number of tablets, making it a cost-effective choice if you’re looking to incorporate B12 into your daily routine. Overall, while I can’t yet measure the long-term benefits, my early experience has been positive. A clearer instruction on chewing would be a valuable improvement, but otherwise this is a convenient, accessible way to supplement B12 and support energy and wellbeing.
