Can you sleep in this headband and wig and it not come off?

It is super tight so I take it off but it will stay if you go to bed with it.

How long does this type wig grip last?

I just got it a few days ago. I have worn it all day, everyday since I received it. Its as tight as it was the first day. It almost molds to the shape of my head then goes back to form. It keeps everything in the same place all day. It is super tight so if that makes you uncomfortable just adjust it a back a bit. All around best product so far.

Want to clip a hair topper ( not wig) on to it. Does it do that?

Does not hold my wig secure at all... sorry,,, the "velvet/velour" headband style is much better for this! As for a topper... don't bother for sure..
