Can you roast sesame seeds with this machine?

I haven't tried, but I suspect it would. You should know I purchased two of these and both failed - one after about a year and the other within a few months. I switched to this model and purchased insurance for it but so far have had great success with it. It is far superior, in my opinion and roasts almost twice as much material by volume. The premium version has separate dials for the timer and temperature. I don't know how a single-dial version would function since I don't have that, but my default is to go with more possibilities for control so I spent the few extra bucks. It also was a newer model, so I figured it may have had other improvements as far as its components. That is just a guess though.
