Sleep More – Nose-ProCones. A Two Size/Set of 4 Vents.

The ribbing shown on these cones looks nothing like the product you receive and two of the dilators have no ribbing at all. Both sizes were too long for my nose but not wide enough and would not stay in. I have a deviated septum so I need to use it full time when I'm in the house. That's a good portion of the day as well as night. These don't even come close to " Breathe- Right" dilators which is what I've been using and which are less expensive and deliver on their claims. A dilator only lasts a week for me because of constant usage but still worth it for the relief. I'm done wasting money to try other brands . In fact, with the "Breathe- Right", I insert them opposite to what the instructions say and get even more relief. Yes, I could have surgery but when hospital error is the 3rd leading cause of death why risk it?!! Unless you don't mind throwing away money don't bother ordering these!

I tried it for the first night, and the snoring didn't stop, but it was quieter. I have a app that records my night time sleeping and the range on the loudness was less than the nights before. I will continue to monitor my nights and update review if it helps on a consistent bases.

These are fairly good at keeping nostrils open, but it isn't a cure for snoring, as you may still mouth breathe and block your airway. They tend to stretch your nose out of shape, too, so keep that in mind.
