Xpelair C4TSR Extractor Fan with Timer 4" 100mm Simply Silent Range - White

I recently installed the Xpelair C4TSR Extractor Fan with Timer in my bathroom, and I’ve been really impressed with its performance so far. The adjustable timer is another standout feature. I set it to run for about 15 minutes after a shower, and it clears out steam and humidity like a champ. You can tweak it anywhere from 30 seconds to 30 minutes, so it’s super flexible depending on your needs.The fan has two speed settings (15 or 21 l/s), which you choose during installation. I opted for the higher one since my bathroom gets pretty steamy, and it handles the job well with an extraction rate of 54-76 m³/hr. It’s powerful enough to keep condensation at bay, yet it stays quiet—maxing out at 29 dB, which is barely noticeable. Plus, it’s energy-efficient, using just 6.3-7 watts, so I don’t feel guilty letting it run a bit longer.A couple of minor gripes: the instructions could be clearer, especially for setting the timer and speed. I had to double-check online to make sure I got it right. Also, while it’s great for general bathroom use, it might not be the absolute best for super high-humidity spaces with no windows—though that’s more about my setup than the fan itself.Overall, the Xpelair C4TSR is a stylish, quiet, and effective extractor fan that’s perfect for most bathrooms. Perfect, quiet looks good, 2 surrounds circular and square with curved off edges. Little fiddly to switch the plates over / access the wires. Does feel good quality

Was purchased to replace same model as couldn’t be bothered messing around. Absolute bargain price and works perfect. No more noisy fan.

I was bit disappointed with this brand name purchase build quality good and strong making it difficult to disassemble before fitting need tiny screw driver to slightly part the pieces to gain access to the fitting and electrics now it is mounted in the ceiling I do not think it will split apart easy to remove if needed . The printed circuit board electrical connection block is very small not appropriate for the type of wiring typically found in a house more suited to a computer motherboard. If the square cover is used the incoming wiring hold has to be in the correct place can not pivot around to line the square with a wall also there is a large enough recess to accommodate the circuit board but very tight for the wiring if its house hold with insulation on it. Lastly it came assembled with the round cover but did not have the deflector plate on it which was attached to the square one easily missed if you use the round one This was my thought and it looks good and works fine just be prepared to spend a bit of time fitting it OR get someone else to fit it!!!

Easy to install - refurbished bathroom myself as a DIYer and found it very simple. I did have to saw down the back as our walls are very thin and it would protrude outside our house otherwise! I'm sure most people won't have that problem though...Nice and quiet on medium speed. Definitely extracts a lot of steam.Comes included with a choice of square or circle cover - we went with the square one and it looks mint

I have just fitted this fan in a bathroom. Whilst it is quieter than the standard fan unit, its not silent by any means. i like the options of round or square facias.
