The good: size is nice, good heft to them, and unlike a lot of domino sets, they're thick enough to stand on their edge without falling over all the time. Colors are vibrant, too, although they may not be the colors you're expecting in some cases.The bad: as others noted the metal tin is garbage. it's too thin, the lid fits poorly, and it's not even really sized correctly for the dominos. Just junk.Worse, the quality control is just not there. The set arrived with multiple dominoes with chips, gouges and missing paint. Want to know which one is the double-zero? I know just from the big chip on the back of it. Paint was also unevenly and sloppily applied.There's a lot to like here, but the quality control is just so hit and miss that we'll surely end up buying another set, still hoping to find a good quality set of dominos.edit: removed another star due to the really high number of blemishes and chips.

These dominos tiles are working great for us. The only issue I have is the tin where the tiles come in. It’s very thin and if dropped will be easily damaged. Also, foresee that eventually will need to be replaced. Tile quality is good no complains there.

UPDATE: Later discovered there were missing 4 tiles and had duplicate of 3. Unable to use at all. Returning.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Mexican train dominos is a fun game and my whole family enjoys it. In this set, the dominos themselves are fine and good quality. The metal container is not very sturdy. It was dented from the day I got it and later dented some more. The lid doesn't stay on well so I have to use rubber bands to keep it closed (no fun when 100+ dominos fall all over the floor). I debated getting a set with what appeared to be sturdier cases but decided to go with the lower price of this set. I should have put out the extra few dollars.The directions were not very comprehensive so we pulled better ones off the internet. That's why I gave the 'easy to learn' 3 stars. It's not hard to learn but the directions in this set don't go into enough detail.

Delivery wasn't pristine as the metal case was dented upon receipt, and this WAS supposed to be a gift, but will now be late if I have to return for an undented product.
