I love these complete mixed. I use them as a base , then season them with different seasonings . Just follow the instructions for great tasting sausages.

More rusk than seasoning
I bought a pack of this product some time ago and have just used it, I have to say much of the pack is rusk and not seasoning if any. I prefer to use my own rusk so remember if you purchase any of these packs use your own seasoning.

ease of use
loved the flavour and ease of making but only in 100g bags but they refuse to sell me any more it always says out of stock even though they arrived 3days early through CCT, i live in Portugal.
