I love this company, I take allot of magnesium especially during pregnancy and it’s amazing.. as a busy mom I love taking it at night for better sleep and help with any pains I have as well if I have a migraine.

This product was a really good sleep aid, but unfortunately I would have vivid and strange dreams. Now I was getting deep sleep since I was dreaming so much, but the dreams were so vivid that it felt like I hadn't slept. I talked to my doctor about and she said it's normal but to discontine if I wasn't comfortable. Overall it is a great product, but not for me.
