Do not waste your money on this product
This headset is incredibly disappointing. It does not stay on your head and constantly slips, which is so annoying. There's nothing special about it at all. You can find much better headsets available in the market at this price. Do not waste your money on this product.

Greatest headset I have come across.
The cisco 730 states in the manual it's best use is for IPhone, however as an Android user I found I could record using Wave Editor app, but the mic won't activate with video. It's also great with PC my TOSHIBA 50 already has Bluetooth, your pc tower might not have that, so that's where the USB Dongle comes in. I am able to use it for you now live stream, when further away from the android smartphone, I could screen record and have the mic working to make a video on AndroidThe build quality is commercial/premium feel. The mic being tucked away, instead creates a field of response in front on your mouth. It's very clear and responsive during and recording a phone call. I've had smartphones with poor mic quality, so long as your smartphone has Bluetooth, it's a great work around. The mic activates independently of headphone, it appears battery operated mic function so it's got more power than the standard headset micIts comes with a hardcase so you don't have to worry about storage. You can plug in the USB cable and aux cable into PC for a manual operation.In all there are lots of connection options, it can tell you battery life from the headset itself, flick the on button up a bit more, you can cancel and restart Bluetooth from the headset, up to 4 connections, so really good for an office, pair with webcam, you get great video from PC.I paid £215 and it's now £60 less. This is definitely something to consider for professional office work, dictation, voice notes, video, gaming, chat room and live stream, surprisingly comfortable enough to forget it's even there, clean and vibrant audio and microphone, well balanced in my opinion.Good buy, I don't have any issues with it
