Was a little bummed that this part only had a sinister diesel sticker on it instead of a laser etched logo but, for the price it definitely works! Easy to install, looks good in place of the original stock one I had that had broken bolts. Again, this one was cheaper by at least $20.

Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the mounting studs for the cover are longer than factory and have to be trimmed if you intend on using the factory nuts with the black caps

Great bracket
This is a great option, vs the factory one. I bought the frp one as well before and it broke. This one works well with either the factory plastic engine cover or you can buy the ECMFab metal engine cover

I immediately took off the sordid name tag. I didn't want something like that on my truck. Once that was off the part fits good.

Excellent Value vs. OEM and Perfect Fit to 2000 F350 Lariat with 7.3L Diesel
I bought this to use with a Powerstroke plastic engine cover (Ford P/N YC3Z6A949AA), and it worked perfectly. Tabs brace the bracket against the engine so it mounts very securely. It's also about 1/2 the price of the OEM metal bracket (Ford P/N: YC3Z6A955AA). If you need M6x1.0 cap nuts to mount the cover to the bracket, buy two of Ford P/N: N800475-S101. Installation was on 2000 F350 Lariat Crew Cab with 7.3L Diesel.
