I cook and bake very often but for some reason I never had proper cooling racks. I always used the classic just leave it on the sheet and take it off when it's cooled down method. This year I'm hosting Christmas so I will be making an enormous amount of cookies and homemade pierogis. This thing right here is a real beaut. It closes up and takes up less space than a cookie sheet. The levels can be adjusted in height so I can fit anything from cookies to fresh baked loaves of bread on each tier. Bought this for my mom, who is short on kitchen space but likes to bake a lot of sourdough at once. It took a few tries to get the hang of it, but she is able to stack 5-6 loaves (loafs?) in a small space. It is very stable, we haven't had any issues since we got the hang of it after our first couple of tries. Easy to clean. It was a great purchase!

This cooling rack works exactly as it should. Moves very easily and stores flat. Can be used for cooling multiple items and works well as a display for your baked items. The coating makes it rust resistant and have placed in dishwasher to clean the item. The size makes it useable for multiple cookies or other baked items

A handy rack for drying my soaps. One of the little hooks keeps falling off but so far the racks held up and serves its purpose. A great space saver.
