These are the best strings for my Martin D-10E. They feel better on the fingers and brighten up the low end a bit with great midrange and highs. They stay in tune barring humidity swings and last forever. (Almost)

My guitar skills run somewhere between campfire guitarist and whatever is a little better than that. I play in spurts, so my guitar may hang on the wall for months at a time without playing, but the coating on the strings keeps them fresh for a very long time. I only have to change out every six to eight months. The guitar sounds really nice with them...a good full sound without being too bright. They stay in tune after a few initial stretches and re-tunes. The coatings also make them easy to play. They cost a little more than some sets, but I change them a lot less than I do with uncoated strings, so the extra cost is worth the trouble, IMO.

I like how these guitar strings sound, of course after using any guitar strings for a while they will start to sound dull. I was happy for how long these held up.

These are definitely better than other comparable strings, but very pricey. These are much much better sounding strings for acoustic guitars than what I had been using. I’m actually bummed I hadn’t tried these before! For anyone else wondering, I say at least give these strings a try, you’ll likely be totally convinced these are much better sounding strings to be using.. Highly Recommended!

I have used Elxir strings for 15 plus years on my 12 string, 3 six string acoustic and 2 electric guitars. I love the feel - from gage to gage, the feel is the same, and the tone... well, each guitar has its' own tone, but the quality of the string will allow the true tone of the instrument to sing. Elixr strings have shortened my search for tone by miles. They last long, don't fill up quickly with skin cells, and are as transparent as possible to the natural wood tones of the instrument. Get some. They will make your guitar sound better, and that will make you sound better!

Très bonnes cordes, avec un son brillante. Achetées à la base pour des problèmes d'allergies que je rencontre parfois avec d'autres types de cordes qui s'usent trop vite. Avec leur revêtement, celles-ci me conviennent tout à fait.
