I was fed up of losing a ball off my septum piercing when itching my nose, these prevent that with the various designs!Love these

Not to sound like Goldilocks but these where either too big or too small. The closed gem ones where touching the inside of my nostril and the small ones I couldn't even get into my septum. Gems came missing from the rings too, will be returning

My septum is completely healed. But when I put in the bigger pieces of jewelery from this set, I cannot wear them more than a couple of hours. I think it's just the weight of them, I don't think it's the material or anything like that. But because they're heavier, if I wear them for a couple days straight it just feels like I've been punched in the face. It's a real shame because they look great, just be cautious if you think your nose may not handle that constant weight very well!!

The "spike" design clickers, look ridiculous because they're huge. The rest are tiny, i could barely get them in and the ones that did go in, you could hardly see because they only just come out my nose at all
