They've locked me out of my own mailbox, my vital emails trapped behind their demand for a mobile. I'm running out of time, and these people are more concerned with their insatiable profit margins than a dying person's access to crucial information! You will grasp the meaning of "Acid Rain Falls from Sky", Capitalised 'S'! I DON'T WANT A PHONE, AND I CERTAINLY CAN'T AFFORD TO BUY ONE OR KEEP MOST SIM CARDS ACTIVE! Now, Giffgaff, you're less insufferable than the rest. A ten-pound credit, and the phone needs to be used once every six months. FINE. Given the 'societal pressure', that's palatable. But TEN POUNDS plus the price of a phone I don't want? That's a fortune for people struggling in this cost of living crisis! Three stars because you're not as predatory as the others, but your 75p SIM should AT LEAST give me incoming calls for a YEAR. Then, I would consider buying another 75p SIM!
