I have a PS5 and i play COD MW3 thought this will help me get more kills but it didnt do anything. First of you can not connect it by Bluetooth for whatever reason so you have to do it manually usuing the USB cables that comes with it. Second i had to Youtube a video on how to set it up because the instructions dont provide that information. And after everything is plugged and ready to go it just doesn't work. So don't waste your time and dont keep your hopes up for this item.
