Quality on the front of the cup where the name is excellent quality, but on the back the wording and tick boxes appear slightly blurry/low quality, not as high quality compared to the front. Overall a good, but not great, item.

My husband loved it. It’s great for an office mug because it has the name of its owner on it. The print quality is very high and it’s a fun idea. It’s also easy to hold and clean.

This mug was purchased as a gift for a friend who is now working for the NHS. It was well made and produced exactly as I requested and was well packaged and received within the time span. The mug was well received.
