Will this mic work with Android using a OTG cable? I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and would like to use the Audiotool app or similar.

Yes, it works great with an appropriate USB-OTG cable. I used a USB-C to USB-A cable to connect it with my Samsung tablet and LG smartphone, it immediately was picked up as the default microphone device.

Will this work with mini-dsp units?

If you use the REW software, yes. RoomEqWizard works with both, Dayton Audio UMM-6 USB and the UMIK-1 mics. REW can export eq-data to a file which then can be imported in the MiniDSP plugin software. I use REW and the UMM-6 USB. Most engineers I know use the UMIK-1 - it seems to have a better S/N ratio. If you use miniDSP software only , better check the software manual. (Hardware requirements)

Does this come with a proper cable? If not, what cable is required to hook up to a Mac? If so, how long is the cable?

This item does come with the correct USB cable (same for Mac or PC), approximately 10ft long.

Does this come with a calibration file linked to the mic?

Hello, YES! With the purchase you get a serial number which allows you to download the calibration file for that exact item. The URL is given in the instructions. It works very well.
