Great purchase. At first I thought the mic was not working but later I found out that after connecting the headphones to my laptop I am supposed to select the option of headset instead of headphone these both terms look similar but they work differently altogether. So, keep that in mind guys. Most of the time it's just silly things we don't get it right. Also, you guys can check the mic mute and unmute button which are present on these headsets. Kindly keep them to on if you want to use the mic. About the product. Perfect for gaming. No doubt. Also, I liked the sound quality as well pretty good for music as well. Not to loud and has a passive noise cancellation which works awesome. They are pretty sturdy as well and fits perfectly. Also, it's not that heavy you won't feel much of it while you are playing for 5-6 hours even. So, overall this indeed a steal deal for gaming 💯. Go for it.

Cons Mic quality is not good.. like my readgear cosmo which was like 4 or 5 years old whose mic was damn good. My teammates keep complaining about how crappy the mic is. The voice keeps distorts and breaks. And the issue is only with 3.5mm variant but not with the usb variant. Specially Discord users keep that in mind before buying. Pros Sound is a bit low but really accurate. 7.1 is just hoax.. but doesn't matter coz this is a gaming headphone. It is light in weight. The ear cups are good nd will cancel out the noice from outside though it's a bit tight. I guess I'll try the 3.5mm to usb connector and will check the mic quality.

Overall the sound quality is good Mic quality decent Weight is minimal around 260gm Comfort is great, you can have a hours of gameplay or anything you need to do without feeling like ears hurt Design looks clean but should give some RGB in price range but not much compain Used for meetings, sound separation is good if not in very noisy background. Not great, even my go to buds ANC is better in similar price range but can be used as alternative. Talking about negatives, so far I found that the one selling point for this is 7.1 surrounding sound. But I am feeling that doesn't make much difference irl. I like more story driven, open world RPG like games and for most AAA titles you actually can't deferrenciate the original and surrounding sound. But in FPS game, like I got feedback from my brother who plays Valorant and Apex that there is some difference in footsteps sound effects and that but not that great that matters more. And for build quality, ya I am certain concerned about those thin adjustables. That's just my pov. Overally it's a great headset. Definitely worth it considering the amount I have paid.

Big red flag In any case if you get this item damaged or defective or used item, congratulations you will not be able to return it. The company who is selling this product is total scam. Amazon and the seller set up perfect scam let me explain it. This product is marked as seller replacement and not Amazon replacement, in that case Amazon will wash their hands off and do not help you to return the item or get a replacement from thwir end. On the other hand the seller will not pick up your call nor reply to your email. So you end up having the defective product to yourself. If any product marked as swller replacement please dont buy or you will be a victim as me.i got defective product and within 7 day replacement windows i shared everything and tried to co-operate with them to get a replacement but it all a scam so they will not help you. The product is itself not very good compare to other product in the same range, its all the hype and razer branding nothing else special in this. They said they have customised this headphones for gamers bit that's not trues, the base of this headphone is already messed up so you cant clearly pin point the enemy and you will end up listening to the big nuke sounds whenever you shoot any butten of your gun. This product is total waste icluding product, its quality, seller support, customer service, arter sales and service. If you go and check YouTube you will find this headphone has some problem with the mic which do not work on so many PC and laptop devices so be careful. Dont fall for this item i can suggest another headphones for this range which superpass all the features this headphone can give you. Try "Eksa e900pro" latest versions you will be stunned with their headphone quality and their sound and mic quality. I am usig Eksa headphones since 2019 and i just tried to switch to other brand to check if they can give me better but it was a mistake. I have two headphone now because they wont help me replace or return the defective razer headphone.

It's a Nice headphones if you are buying for Gaming, youtube , editing, etc . It's a best choice , i like its headphones mic it's mic is good than i expected if you phone doesn't have 3.5mm jack it's recommended to buy a good Dac + TRRS converter like Ugreen. But it's good headphones I like it very much good upgrade and also it has noise cancellation while hearing without even 7.1 surrond sound you can still experiene it good, like currently it's working good and its works good. It's doesn't have battery life but and connectivity is like good better then average you only need 3.5mm port , it is compatible in phone and laptop also.
