decent rod for the money

it's not a 100 dlls. rod but for a fiber glass rod in this price range it's well worth it, the action is ok, decent back bone and well built should last a while, good for casting 1/4 to 1oz. lures

Great Rod!

I have a couple of vintage spincast reels that i needed to pair with my rods. These are for guests who might want to fish with me. I got these today and they are going to be perfect. I didn’t want to spend tons of money on rods but wanted something decent. Honestly I thought i might find deals on fb marketplace but not so much. Packaging is Awesome.

I like how well it was packaged. Rod looks and feels great. Well made. I can't believe it only cost $15.00. Medium 7ft. Will put 15lb Mono set Drag to 3lb. This will insure Proper use of this Rod. Will try it on Perch first then Trout.

Didn't like anything about this

Firstly the packaging was terrible, it came exactly as shown in the picture, with no padding or protection of any kind. Secondly I got the 6'6MH fast but it was super soft and bendy, definitely not a MH, at best a ML, and also definitely not fast the action is somewhere between moderate and slow. Was disappointed because the FX spinning rods were actually pretty good.

Amazing Rod from SHIMANO

I am very pleased and familiar with the quality and price of this Shimano casting rod of which I’ve purchased several in the past . The ease and shipping process available through Amazon was amazing . The rod came directly from Shimano ; and was provided in a shipping tube within an outer box to prevent any possible damage in the process. 100 percent satisfaction and highly recommended to fishermen of all abilities and age groups .
