After 4.5 months, it stopped working. But was great while it lasted. (1 star)UPDATE: The customer service team reached out to me and sent me a new product. And this was from just reading my original review. They appear to take the customer experience seriously and because of this, I added another 3 stars.18 MONTH UPDATE: I LOVE this product. We must use it 3 to 4 times a day or even more. And it just keeps on working. I think we just had a bad product originally, so I have changed my rating to 5 stars. Great job!

What can I say? It gets the water hot and does it fast. Accurate temps, easy to use. It arrived well packaged & works flawlessly. I can't speak of how durable it is as I've only had it a few weeks, but it seems very well constructed and I don't foresee any problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, or to purchase another if I needed one for a gift.

We love this kettle! We use ours every day and replaced an old Capresso glass one that was starting to not shut off after the water finished boiling. We have had ours for about 3 months and it is still fantastic. We love the different temperature settings (I can make green tea and then he can make coffee) and how there really is no plastic to speak of touching the water. There is a tiny plastic nub by the pour spout when the lid is on that could catch some water depending on how much you pour, so to avoid contact I just flip the lid when I pour. I think it's designed to help keep the heat in when boiling. This kettle performs like one that is much more expensive...and I did look around a lot to find one just like this. Love it...highly recommend!

I bought this kettle to replace my Aroma kettle that stopped working after several years. I've only had this one about a week.It feels more flimsy in construction than the Aroma, and it rocked on the base so I put 3 little felt dots on the bottom of the kettle to keep it level when it is on the base. So I'm not sure how long it will last. Other reviewers report having kettles from this company for years so the durability may be just fine, I can't speak to the real durability, only to my initial impression.However it does the main thing I bought it for--it heats water to the temperatures needed for various types of tea:140F for matcha160F for green tea180F for oolongs195F for black tea212F (boiling) for coffee.Few electric kettles offer all the useful temperature options for tea drinkers.I'm still learning how to use the 'keep warm' feature. So far as I know it only has the 'keep warm' function for 212F, which would be the only flaw.I'm also not sure what the optimum temperature is for people making baby formula. Whatever it is might make a worthy addition to the temperature line-up in future products.

This is by far the best tea kettle I’ve ever had and I’ve had plenty. I don’t drink coffee only tea but my family used the hot water too for their uses. I love how fast the water boils, how you can leave it on to keep water hit and how it’s not noisy

Compact, efficient boiling, love the multi-temp options - and each temp correlates w a different color so u can program without turning on the lights to see in the wee hours of the morning..:). A great buy.
