This is a great size! The mirror stands up so you can do things hands-free. The light is bright daylight, not amber or blue. The light encircle the 1x side and thus when using the 10x side reflects the light so you are not directly looking into the light. This is very smart since most will use the 10x up close so that you will not have spots in your when you look away. Also with the light on the 1x side it makes no shadows when using the 10x side.Very well though through. The bag is big enough to keep all your facial groomers gear in including the cord to recharge. For travel I bought a flat A/c plugin that folds so it fits too. I wish they sold it with an AC plugin but it’s okay.

Update: Removed a star because it only lasted a year. I drip saline on it, and even though I dry the mirror after each use, some saline seeped into the gap around the mirror and caused internal damage. So try not to get any water on it. Still, not a bad price per year so I'll order again. Maybe I can find a way to seal that gap... Original: Charged it up right away and have been using it daily for a few months to make putting in and taking out scleral contact lenses so much easier. Can use with one hand, great magnification and light. Seems sturdy enough. Comes with travel pouch and charging cable. The "users manual" is a clear sticker on the mirror, which is fine - there's not much to it! Cannot beat the price I paid.

This mirror is bright, and the magnification is helpful. I used it for several minutes a day for almost 2months and then it suddenly stopped working. I didn’t get dim or anything, just quit. I tried to charge it with my android charger and nothing happened. I was muttering vile things and frustrated, thinking it was broken already, and came online to write a scathing review. That is when I found a little sentence in the product description about how you need to use a particular type charger. I tried several and finally found one that worked! I would be more specific with the amperage, etc. but the writing is too small for my old eyes. (Which is why I needed a lit magnifying mirror in the first place.)So if you think your mirror isn’t working, probably needs a charge. So hold onto the cable that comes with it and just try various plugs until it works.. you’ll know it’s working because the green light comes on when it’s actually charging.

The mirror that I ordered came on time and it was just perfect thank you.

For the price, this was great! Worked well but didn’t last long. After about 6 months, the “light function” broke and eventually the compact split. Still useful though as, now just normal mirrors, which in keep in my purse or bags.
