I lost my official degree in a fire and needed something to display. A replacement would've cost me $300+ so I decided to go with this.The quality of this is outstanding. I was surprised that anyone gave this less than 5 stars. This is really simple to customize. Even if the quality of this diploma didn't rate 5 stars customer service by itself is worth all of 5 stars. I mistakenly forgot to add something to my order and contacted them to correct it. In less than 2 hours they had contacted me back and fixed the problem (free of charge) and was so polite and patient the entire time.Bottom line is, you can't go wrong with this
