Takes me back
Tastes a bit like the opened packets of rice cakes my grandma used to keep in her cupboard for a year and then present us with for Christmas. Stale, a tad off, but you keep on eating them anyway.

I liken these to eating a bowl of fresh air. They make a good diabetic breakfast but it's the oat milk I have them with that makes them edible. They are almost tasteless and I would liken them to polystyrene in texture. If you think they're going to resemble Rice Krispies your wrong.

Light, gluten Free Cereal
Use as cereal for breakfast every morning, watch as they're so flimsy they get everywhere if not careful pouring out of packet. No sugar, very light and ideal for gluten free diets. Great for a tray slab rice crispie treat using sugar free carob/cashew nut spread.
