## Description

Spring is the best time to feed birds. Flocks of goldfinches shed their dull feathers for bright gold plumage. Attract these brilliant little birds with seeds suited to attract finches and other wild birds with this premium seed mix with a seed size suited to finches and small songbirds. Nyjer® seed for finches is traditionally used, but a variety of sunflower kernels and small yellow millet for birds guarantees success during the spring goldrush. Finches' tiny bills are masterful at handling small seeds, and pound for pound, Lyric Finch Mix is easier on the budget than straight nyjer seed. This birdseed for outside feeders is a great choice for those interested in ornithology, bird watching, and wildlife observation. Use this premium finch food bird nutrition as supplemental bird feeder food in your backyard, garden, or other outdoor wildlife areas. Lyric Finch Bird Seed is perfect for use with tube bird feeders with small openings, and is ideal for seasonal bird feeding during spring migration and year round use.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Backyard hit !
*by A***S on November 27, 2024*

This is only partly Nyjer seed, of course, but that's OK as the stuff that falls to the ground gets devoured by doves. Plus, it gives the Finches a little work, to pick out there favorite bits. The main thing is, I've bought this twice so far, and both times it was reasonably fresh. - So much bird food is really old when you buy it, and the birds won't touch it. Well, so far they've been devouring this stuff. Finches, Titmice, even Chikadees. TIP: Keep this in your freezer, if you have room. Nyjer seed goes bad VERY quickly at room temperature.
