These are great value and an easy way to ensure you're getting enough vitamin d throughout the dark months in the UK Everyone should be taking these because in the autumn/winter months in the uk we don't get enough sunlight and consequently vitamin D,a lack of which can contrbute to all kinds of ailments and leave us susceptible to catching bugs i start taking them at the start of October and stop taking them at the end of march

I wish that I can buy actual sweets like those vitamins are. Special the peach flavour. They are so delicious!! 🤤 I am not sure if they do anything to my bodey, but I am happy with them anyway. I feel better in my mind when I taking multivitamins. The flavour is pleasant bonus.

ran some tests and found out i had vitamin D deficiency so i decided to check online and get some gummies. i had been feeling super tired, didn’t know why but i guess it was because of the vitamin deficiency. i’ve been taking these gummies for a week now and i have noticed the effects. even though it says 2 gummies per day, i sometimes take 1 because i don’t want to become dependent on them. when i take 2 i feel great but when i take 1 i feel less tired than what i used to be. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THESE and the flavors are good!🙌🏻😊
