This device was recommended by a speech pathologist for my daughter’s ADP condition. Classroom noise interferes with her ability to discriminate loud noise from her teacher. The FM device quality sound is great. The speakers voice dominates over background noise. Her ability to pay attention has increased. I recommend buying a lanyard. I bought mine from Adorama because they sell FM lanyards. Also, this device is significantly cheaper then the ones offered through my daughter’s audiologists (those are wireless but a battery life ot 6 hours).

This is a great product. Put the mic on top of the TV speaker and you can use the receiver to make the volume as loud as you want without actually changing the TV volume. It did not pick up the hum of the air conditioner blower at all. I have tried several products; this is the only one that worked to my satisfaction.

Great sound, great distance with clearity. Worked better than expensive hearing aid. Was able to set transmitter by tv speaker or radio to hear. Great for one on one conversations or setting mic down for hearing several conversations. Only wish transmitter/mic had a strap, would be easier to wear...
