Definitely helps with back pain. I used to use my yoga ball to stretch my back out until one day I slipped and busted my face while trying to get that lol extra stretch. Plus, the blood always ran to my head and I’d momentarily black out after standing up. This little contraption, however, I’ve never fallen off of or blacked out from..and I get an awesome stretch! It helps decompress my spine and helps with posture, after 29 years of slouching and 12 years of desk work... I just Love it.

Of all the contraptions I’ve bought for back pain relief, this has helped the most. My sciatic nerve gets pinched in my left hip so unless I go to the chiropractor, I can’t fix it. This device decompressed my lumbar just enough to release the pinching and gets me thru the days between chiropractic appointments.

I’ve had back surgery on L5-S1 and I purchased this to keep my back stretched out. The first time I used it there was pain, but tolerable. My back is is feeling better and I can totally feel a difference for the good. It’s well made and instructions are provided. Like others have said, You definitely want to roll off of it when your done.

I initially reviewed this giving it 5 stars because it really helped my back. I'm not sure when it happened but it is cracked and I've only had it 1 month. I weigh 225 lbs (husband of account holder) so not close to the 300 lb it is rated for. No one else uses it so I don't know what happened to it. It seems to be still holding and serving it's purpose but who knows how long until it doesn't.

I bought this be ause I've had terrible sciatic pain for over a year.... I had been going to physical therapy which helped some but there were still times of the day that I was in a lot of pain. This was such a reasonable price I thought it couldn't hurt to try it and I'm so glad I did! It was the best $13 I ever spent. Anytime my back starts hurting I lie on it for 5 minutes and the pain is completely gone it's a miracle I highly recommend it!

We bought 2 of these light weight lumbar supports for my wife & another family member. For the little price we paid these supports are well worth the price. My wife each time she sits down to watch TV on our sofa would experience excruciating back pain. This device when positioned correctly alleviates the pain & she can sit down to watch her TV happily.

I wish it were easier to change the hight/ bend. My husband and I both use this but we have different needs and having to switch from the position he prefers to mine is a pain. I wish it wasn’t so hard to take apart and redo. If its only being used my one person and wasn’t being switched daily it was be awesome

The stretcher works pretty well. You do have to bend it to get it into position, which can be difficult, especially for the 2nd or 3rd setting. The blue strip to make it comfortable, is a 1/2 inch thick piece of yoga mat. It just slips in, and doesn’t have anything really holding it in place.

Dnt by this item , they sent me a very poor quality items without magnet n points are 88 instead of 98 and size of points are small. Its not what they shown on picture so pls dnt buy . I m going to suit in consumer court. This comp.is cheater dnt know why amazon doing business with all local n cheater comp, pls dnt buy any items from amazon.

There is no any magnetic Massage points. They shown in the picture there was 10magnetic Massage points. But it was absolutely wrong.

very pokey.unless you keep a hand towel on it you don't feel comfortable.

Zero stars for this worst product. Don't by this item , they sent me a very poor quality items without magnet points. Cheating by showing fake images. Please ban the company
