Bought two, its nice having the ability to have a master setting when running the pumps. ### ⭐ Works great when it works *by J***N on January 5, 2023* Update: The new one only lasted a week before it died. Exact same problem as the first one where it gave me an error saying its jammed. I pulled it apart and cleaned it and there was nothing there for it to be caught up on. I did a soft reset and it didn't work. I did a hard reset and it didn't work. I made sure it had all its firmware updates and still nothing. I was very disappointed in this product. When it was working for the short time, it was a great pump and it looked good in the tank with the low profile. But I can't trust this product any longer. Original: Bought this and installed it in my cichlid tank. Worked great for about 3 weeks and just stopped. I went through all the troubleshooting steps and then noticed a lot of people in the reviews were having the same problem. This is very poor quality control from a company that should know better. Luckily I was still within my exchange window and returned it for another.
