The plastic seal inside the cap was already open and was replaced with a tape wrap outside the cap. I was trying to return the product which was still under 14 days return policy (delivered on 27Feb and returning on 5March) yet the system mentioned that it was not eligible for return.

Conditioner for dogs is a game changer. It helps get all of the unshed hair out and it smells incredible. It also makes my doodles fur softer which is nice. I bought gallon pumps to screw in to the jug as well which made the washing process even easier. I HIGHLY recommend, this has been a bathtime upgrade in my house.
