Sugar Bowl Bakery Petite Palmiers, 32 Ounce

I love these cookies and thought it was nice to be able to buy them in bulk. While they tasted as delicious as ever, they were packaged poorly for shipment and arrived very badly broken. The flimsy plastic containers were crushed because they had only been wrapped in plastic wrap for shipment. I still ate and enjoyed them, but won't buy from this seller again.

I fell in love with these cookies about 1 year or so ago. Now all the stores here have quit carrying them. I am overwhelmed that I have found you on line. I know some of them crumble, but they are so tender, I don't know what can be done about it. Just don't stop making them! Marilyn Nauta [email protected]

I couldn't wait to receive these as a friend had given me a box of them and we loved them. These arrived all broken, the box they came in was opened and when I tasted a stale Palmier I couldn't believe how awful it was! Don't waste your money as I did on this product. I am out $20.00! Never again!!

Great cookies, second time I’ve ordered, but Amazon doesn’t package them with care, zero padding. Needless to say they were a disaster. Someone needs to be in touch with them about this. Common sense isn’t common, it’s a gift, and not many people have it.

OUTSTANDING! These are delivered fresh and delicious and well-packed, lots of quality product for the price! I was introduced to these by first purchasing them at Acme. MUCH better deal here! LOTS more for WAY less money per pound! My only problem is I can't control myself and I literally make a pig out of myself eating them! In fact, I am ordering more right now! UPDATE!!! I haven't had the problem some other buyers have had with lots of breakage. Some were broken, but not many, and they are crumbly textured cookies so a couple broken ones should be expected. But I have reduced my rating from a "5" to a "3" because it has come to my attention from my wife, who does the ordering, that the price of these has gone up THREE TIMES (three price increases, not triple the price, just to be clear), in the few weeks since we started ordering these. NOT FAIR! A "coincidence"? I don't think so! My guess is they have an algorithm that detects repeat orders of consumables like these and they raise the price until they feel they're getting as much as you'll pay for the product. Am I paranoid? Maybe! But it seems awful strange that these would go up in price almost every time we order them! In the course of a very short window of time! Something doesn't feel right about it, but I'm going to test it by not ordering anymore and see if the price drops down to what it was before. I shop on Amazon for convenience and price. Take out even one of those factors and I will go back to the brick and mortar store in a heartbeat ! Are you listening Amazon???

First BIG disappointment with Amazon. Ordered cookies that we had previously bought from Costco. Absolutely delicious. Sinfully delicious. But when Amazon delivered, they were stale and smelled and tasted awful. Cannot eat them, cannot throw them. Any suggestions on what to do?

I received today and all the contents were completely broken - nothing but crumbs. I was going to serve these at a brunch and no way I can do that now. Very disappointing especially for what the cost of this item was. Won't order this again!
