Review: DEXA Improved - I was diagnosed with osteoporosis three years ago, DEXA scan put me just over the red line. Dr. wanted to put me on meds but the tech who did my scan mentioned Bone Up. Decided I wanted to go that route. Took the recommended dose faithfully and also added weight training and jumping into my weekly routine. No dietary changes as I’ve always been a healthy eater. Just had a follow up DEXA and made significant improvement, now in osteopenia. Very happy with Bone Up and will continue it.

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis three years ago, DEXA scan put me just over the red line. Dr. wanted to put me on meds but the tech who did my scan mentioned Bone Up. Decided I wanted to go that route. Took the recommended dose faithfully and also added weight training and jumping into my weekly routine. No dietary changes as I’ve always been a healthy eater.
