I love "Dream" protein, as advertised, mixes in a shaker, no need for blender. I like to add to a cup of coffee as a healthy mocha frapachino alternative. Also mixed w/applesauce and yogurt or baby food fruits. In blender w/all of your favorite fruits and/or veggies. it's great! Super for traveling as it mixes in bottle, no need to haul a blender along. One of my all time favorite proteins, does not bother my stomach as many of the other protein powder do.I highly recommend and will definitely continue to buy Dream Protein. This company also carries a product "Greens First" the BEST green product I've ever had!

They sent me the wrong thing but after telling them it wasn't what I ordered Amazon immediately sent me the correct one. I have always loved this protein powder. Doesn't have the bad ingredients in it like most and taste super good

I honestly don't know why I consistsntly am asked to review a product prior to or on the same day of receiving where as my opinion would be novice. But in this particular case, although I have not received delivery I am a frequent user of this product for years and absolutely love it. I am an active, buff, 52 year old gym rat who supplements 1-2 meals or snacks with dream protein. With my hormonal changes I appreciate a hormone free pure product that is low in calories, carbs and sugar but high in protein and only 86 calories mixed with water and tastes great chugged after a sweaty workout, even better added to milk as a shake or with frozen fruit in a smoothie.

Taste is on point. Satisfied with product! Both my husband and I like it. We mix this with aiming milk and fruit in the blender.

The hydrolized whey protein is the only type I can digest without GI issues. I add to smoothies and do find it a bit sweet, but the vanilla flavor is good. It mixes very easily and sustains me for the afternoon. I do not find the product more expensive than another brand, which has the same ingredients and tastes very similar.

I absolutely LOVE Dream Protein by Greens First! The chocolate and vanilla flavors are both to die for. Not only is this protein the best I have ever tasted, but it is also low calorie, made with quality ingredients, and has a solid nutritional profile. Unfortunately, the product I received is NOT THE REAL THING. My roommate has this protein that she ordered directly from the company itself (rather than Amazon) and when compared, the texture, smell, and label of the protein that I received is completely different. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY--If you want the amazing quality and taste of Dream Protein, don't bother wasting your time with this company and order the real thing.

I put this in a shake but more recently have been mixing it with plain yogurt and it's addicting. Add some red stuff (fruits powder) from your vitamin store and even better.
