The little pins pop out sometimes, the ones that hold the springs of the clamps in the place but are easy to put back in.

I wanted to love this product to make pumping a little easier (straight into the bags) but it wouldn't hold the bags so great as they got fuller. I didn't trust it to grip the bags so I'd still hold on to the bags just to be safe

Works well. If there is one thing I would change it would be to have the bag attachment able to stand upright - as is you have to remove the bag immediately vs using a bottle it stands upright and you can set it down.

I prefer this over the Lansinosh adapter. It's more sturdy. It's a bit tricky to put on the Medela pump because it doesn't quite fit sometimes and I have to fiddle with it, but the bets option I've used. I put it in my Pabalic Sanitizer and I've not had any issues with it.

These are wonderful for saving space in pump bag for work. Only complaint is when using the Medela valves of your don't pay attention and twist them on just right they catch the white diaphragm and keep it open and then your pump won't work. I definitely try too use the duckbill valves if clean instead to avoid the issue all together.The clamps are very strong and even tugging on the bag I can tell it would take a lot for them to fall off has held 4 oz in one bag.I use the fridge hack so I wipe them down with a cleaning wipe in between use and it's not that hard to get the wipe inside from the bottom so you don't have to take the whole thing apart.

This is probably common sense to some, but do not put these in a microwaveable sterilizer. The springs got too hot and melted my original bag adaptor’s clips off and melted the sterilizer slightly. I ordered these to replace that one and I have no complaints! I love the grip on them - you can tilt the bags side to side so as not to spill if you change positions, but you can’t pull the bag down/off, if that makes sense.

Great product. I realize this is made for Evenflo pump and my only complaint is when I used it with my Medela pump. The tiny white membranes (flappy things) on the yellow valve get caught sometimes when screwing on this attachment and then no milk will pump. So, be careful when attaching to a Medela pump, but when it’s on properly, it’s great.They hold on tightly to the Lansinoh bags I used even when I pumped 7oz into it.

This is a great convenient product for a busy breastfeeding/pumping mom. Why pump into a bottle and risk spills transferring milk to a storage bag, when you can pump directly into the bag? I wanted a work-around to transferring milk that didn't involve buying the overpriced pump-into-the-bag storage bags. This was the solution. I use these converters with Target's brand Up & Up milk storage bags, but they would also work with Lansinoh or most other bags I have seen.The Up & Up bags have a tall, rounded edge above the zippers. In order to use these converters, you need to fold that rounded edge down, and then make sure the clips reach to the zipper so you have a secure hold on the bag. Very easy to use and I felt safe pumping directly into the bag with no spilling!

I decided to add these to the sanitation load I was prepping for the microwave. They totally melted and one became completely useless. The other still serves its purpose, it’s just a little wonky. I only have a single hand pump so it’s not like I needed two to be functional at the same time.

Worked perfectly, although I sanatized in microwave device and clips melted, no warning on packaging about not being able to microwave.

It works. I really like being able to pump directly into the milk bags.

These are amazing, if you are pumping and storing into a bag they work great. No need to pump into a bottle then transfer to the storage bag. Very easy to use and they work great.
