Great book on Boeing 747
I bought this book because I followed Sam Chui on Youtube and he does a great job reviewing the Boeing 747. The book is very detailed in the history of the Boeing 747. I like the photographs of each airlines that use the planes. I would recommend this book this anyone that like airplane.

Great Stories Marred By Grammatical Inconsistency
Overall the book was an enjoyable read. I've only flown on the 747 twice, so it was fascinating to learn about Mr Chui's various experiences on an aircraft that is sadly becoming increasingly rare in the skies today. However, I have had to drop down to 4 stars due to the fact that the book features a fairly significant number of grammatical errors. I can understand missing the odd one or two, but for there to have been so many suggests that the book's proofreading process was a little rushed. This is particularly disappointing considering the price of the product.Nonetheless, this aspect did not significantly impact my enjoyment of the book, which I would still highly recommend.

Disappointing
I was disappointed from the moment I opened up the Amazon package. The cover design is very dated- like a book from the 1980s.As a huge fan of Sam Chui's Youtube channel my expectations have proven to be far too high. The narrative is pretty much all anecdotal, hence thin on facts and dense with Sam's own onboard experiences. A row between passengers and crew aboard a Syrianair flight because of a delay- I mean, who is interested in that? That all said, much of the photography is very good as I would expect from a renowned aviation photographer! But generally, the book has a lazy feel to it. Maybe the publishers pushed him too hard to just get it done, I don't know. Not recommended.
