Great investment, easy to use and my favorite desk accessory for work-from-home.
This has been super helpful for me since I work from home and find it difficult to sit for long periods of time. It works perfectly under my standing desk (without the stand) but also works as a nice indoor treadmill when not confined underneath my workspace. It is quite heavy upon arrival but the setup was very easy. I did need to adjust the belt as it was slightly skewed to the right upon arrival, but that was explained well in the instructions and the fix was very easy. The belt runs smoothly, I've had it for a few months and haven't needed to oil it. I also appreciate that it's on wheels so I can easily wheel it in and out of it's place. I would happily purchase this again!

Good for this senior citizen who needs to keep moving
I’m in my late 60’s and this review is written with others like me in mind who are in same age range or older, especially if it’s their first treadmill. Out of the box the setup was easy but the treadmill is heavy and may require a 2nd person to help. It is portable if you’re moving it forward or backward. The two front wheels do not swivel. Don’t expect to easily slide it sideways under a sofa or bed for storage. I use an area rug with no backing on bare flooring to move it into place while using. The machine doesn’t move while I’m using it on this rug. You may try furniture coasters to move it sideways under furniture but don’t use the machine with these coasters in place. I’m able to store it under a king size bed with typical double twin frame. It rolls fairly easily under one side pushing/pulling from end of the bed. It cannot be stored in upright position! The bar is useless for support. It serves as a cradle for phone/tablet(mounting is included), the safety cord & when raised the bar allows the speed to be increased beyond 2.5mph. The belt can be used with the bar lowered but only up to 2.5mph. If the bar is raised the magnetic plate for safety cord must be in place. I use a chair back for balance. It helps me have better upright posture and keeps me centered on belt. I have a long stride and can find myself drifting to back roller. I walk at about 3.0mph. I don’t grip chair nor lean on it. It’s just there for balance. I’m not a runner and will never run on this machine. The electrical cord is short, about 5ft & attaches to right front side as you stand on belt. If you need extension be sure to use a 3 prong grounded(outdoor type) cord and be mindful of tripping hazard once you’re off the machine. THE BELT CAN ONLY BE RUN BY THE SMALL REMOTE (included)! There is an on/off switch near cord connection but all other functions are controlled with remote so don’t lose it! Digital display shows speed, distance, calories burned & amount of time in use. There is no cup holder. I suggest pockets for remote. My husband wanted to hang caddy on chair back for me but I have no business reaching for anything when I’m using the treadmill. There is no pause feature on this machine so you will either have to stop it and lose all the saved STATs for that session or slow it to lowest speed to safely step off for quick break. If you power off the machine with the remote the belt speed will quickly decelerate and come to ‘rude’ abrupt stop. It’s better to manually lower speed then step onto side rails when it feels safe to do so then power off the belt with remote. There are 2 bottles of lubricant included but it is difficult to control the amount used under the belt once it’s loosened. You can find products on Amazon that include a long tube attachment making it easier to apply the silicon when needed. The belt felt dry underneath when the treadmill first arrived and I was afraid to use it without first adding lubricant. I’m a visual learner and the manual was not clear to me how to loosen belt before applying silicon or tighten belt with included allen wrench. I found some good videos demonstrating loosening, applying silicon and especially tightening & realigning the belt if it becomes off center while tightening. All of these videos were demonstrated using this treadmill. One especially helpful video by a treadmill maintenance man. In conclusion I’m happy with this treadmill as I’m able to walk in the comfort of my home during high temperature summer days. At the time of this review I’ve been using it for about 5 weeks with no issues. As stated there are a few things lacking in convenience but I like the fact that I’m able to completely put it away when not in use.

Didn't last too long, very unhelpful customer service.
When I did use this machine it worked fine for what I needed it for. It wasn't loud and it was great for apartment living. About 6-8 months in the machine started to get really loud when in use, it was annoying but it still worked so I kept using it, I just used headphones. But at around the 9-10 month mark I contacted the company to see what could be done because the noise only seemed to be going louder and I was smelling smoke, I asked if I could get some trouble shooting help or a partial return because the machine hasn't even been used a year and it's unusable now. And neither could be done. They weren't authorized to send me replacement parts. Help with repair or give me any type of refund due to the warranty being pass the 30 day warranty... which is absolutely crazy to me that a machine like this doesn't have a longer span warranty and the fact that I spent over 300 dollars for their product and I wasn't even allowed machine support/ help. They did nothing. So I caved in and had my machine fixed at a local electronic repair shop, 130 dollars.... This machine is now costing me nearly 500 dollars now. Somewhere with transporting the treadmill back home from the repair shop the magnetic key fell off. I thought it was no big deal, I'd just buy one off Amazon, but it didn't work. that's when I found out any old magnet key will not work. So instead of starting a trial and error of buying and returning key clips, I contacted the company asking since they couldn't help me with my last customer service concern would they be willing to send me a magnetic key as good faith since they let me down previously and if they couldn't do that, I'd just buy it. It's literally a magnet, plastic and string it shouldn't be too much either way... Again, I was met with NOTHING. They told me their manufacturer refuses to match parts, they couldn't even recommend me a compatible key that would work. What's the point of selling a machine if you can't even do the bare minimum with helping with parts for that machine?! Annoyed and disappointed. Just spend the money on a nicer machine as this one will break down under moderate use in under a year and not even the Goplus company will care.

great so far as a walking desk while working
Had been looking for a walking desk for a while and couldn't figure out which one to go with and finally decided to go with this one because of the reviews and price. It was easy to assemble/set up. So far I've only tried working at speeds up to 2 but is working great and easy to move around if needed. I will say I may not be able to walk while on video for work calls because the movement is distracting for other participants but is great for working or calls off video. Excited to try it on higher speeds while watching TV too. Doesn't take up a lot of space and so far seems to be a good width and length. I put my apple watch on my ankle so I can still keep track of my steps and hoping this will allow me to target 15k steps a day instead of the 10k I was struggling to get before.

The Jury is out on the cost benefit analysis.
I bought this treadmill a little over a year ago to use with my standing desk. So far I mostly like it. I confess to not using my treadmill until recently. I bought it and then did not use it for a long time. So, even though I have owned it for over a year, I have not put it through its paces yet. First off, I like that it is rated for users up to 265 lbs. While I do not weigh that much, I am over the 220 lb max for so many other under-desk treadmills. That said, I am not convinced that it can actually handle my weight over a long period of time. I am concerned that it is going to burn out, as so many other users have reported. When I first started using this, I found it very difficult to be productive. My brain was not calibrated to walk and perform complex mental tasks, and since I am a programmer, I really need to concentrate when I work, as I spend much of my day problem-solving. That was a really difficult adjustment for me, as I am not a multi-tasker kind of person. My initial frustration led to my putting the treadmill away for a year before giving it another try. This time around, I started out just walking 30 minutes first thing in the morning when I was reading e-mails and gearing up for the day. I gradually added 30 minute sessions as I slowly began to be able to walk and think at the same time. So I am doing 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off. I am up to a total of three hours walking while working spread over my 9 hour day. I bought a much longer power cord for it so I could move it out of my way without unplugging it when I need to sit. I like that it is light weight and moves easily. The biggest issue I have with it when walking on it is the narrow belt. At 16 inches, I find my feet at the very edges of the belt, and often the outer part of my shoe hits the rail. So I need to dedicate constant mental bandwidth to making sure my feet fall on the belt, which of course makes it distracting as I am never able to fully concentrate on work. I am hoping that the neuropathways for precision walking get wired up in my brain soon, because it is dumb to have to concentrate on your feet when you are trying to read or type or think of things other than your feet. Fast forward a couple of weeks, and I decided to walk while I was watching streaming content. I figured it would be better to walk while I watch than to sit down, since I already do so much sitting at work. So I pulled the treadmill away from my desk and raised the bar so I would have something to hold onto while using it. The bar is tilted forward pretty far, I think for running, so in order to use it while walking, I just did not clip it in place. I did not mind that it did not support any weight, I just needed the bar to make sure I did not slip off the thing while walking and watching streaming content, and it was fine. After about 2 hours of walking, the treadmill started giving off a funny smell, like something was burning or about to burn, so I stepped off and ended my session. There was no damage to my floor, thankfully, and the treadmill worked just fine the next morning. From this experience, I have concluded that the treadmill is not designed for continuous use, which is a disappointment, as I had wanted to work up to walking at work all day long. I have begun shopping for a replacement for the inevitability of product failure in the possibly near future. I have not deducted any stars yet, because so far it has not actually failed, and it is, after all, a budget treadmill, so while I am a bit disappointed by its limitations, I think those limitations are to be expected at this price point. I really like the Lifespan under-desk treadmills, as they have a wider walking pad and are rated for many hours of continuous use. However, the Lifespan is a lot heavier that my little SuperFit, and will probably not be as easy to move out of the way, and unlike the SuperFit, the Lifespan cannot be stored upright when not in use, which is a huge bonus, and major purchasing consideration, for a person who lives in a very small space, like me. I really wish I could find an under-desk treadmill that was able to handle continuous use, was a 2-in-one so I could use the bar while watching streaming content, could be stored upright when not in use, and could handle more than 220 lbs. Sadly, my dream under-desk treadmill is a unicorn and not available irl. Pros: Light, easy to move, can be stored upright, has a bar that can be lifted when desired, rated for users up to 265 lbs., affordable if it does not fail. Cons: Not built for prolonged continuous use, narrow walking belt, gives a burning smell if used more than two hours, and probably not built to last very long, not really affordable if it fails.

Love it
Love this treadmill, great for under my desk while working! Pairing the remote did require following the instructions, but it was easy. I have had this treadmill for about 3 weeks now, and walk about 5-6 miles per day between 2-2.5 mph. Works great on carpet. Since I use it at work, I take breaks from walking for meetings and zoom. Instead of pulling the treadmill up multiple times per day, I only stand it against the wall after work. For those times I need a break, I actually use an exercise ball to sit on, on top of the treadmill. I'm 255 lbs starting, and it has zero issues carrying my weight. I'm down to 245 now, and have made some diet/exercise changes that are helping me start my weight loss. In total, I've walked about 22 miles per week on this machine (65-ish miles total). I absolutely love it and would buy it again if given the choice. Cons: It only counts up to 99 minutes and then turns over. Calories do not count accurately (no treadmill really can on it's own - bc it doesn't know your body stats, heart rate, weight, etc). I use my tracker for my calories, and write down the distance from the treadmill. Wishes: Would love if it had a memory function to recall the stats of most recent session. Also wish the display showed all stats at the same time. Overall very happy with this treadmill, it's exactly what I needed, and price is less than some other ones.

Great while it worked...for about 2.5 months
One star for the product, two for customer service. Pros: - Compact and easy to stow - Range of speed, from slow walk to brisk jog - Quieter than full-sized treadmills - Extremely responsive customer service Cons: - No rail to hang onto to maintain balance - May not be suitable for bigger people. Wife barely clears 100lbs and can comfortably jog on machine. I weigh 200lbs and cannot jog on it; the treadmill belt will stick. I can only use it for walking. - Minimal instructions available for troubleshooting and maintenance unless you reach out to customer service. Bought this mid-April in the middle of the county-wide SIP order so that my wife can continue her daily runs indoor. Loved the small footprint of this treadmill. Even though it had some heft to it, we were able to easily move it in and out from under the couch. We do have hardwood flooring though, so it may be more difficult to move around on carpet. Now...our user experience... Like many have mentioned before, the instruction manual that came with the unit is pretty much useless, but I was able to figure out how to tighten the running belt. The front rail is purely there so one would have a place to dock a cellphone. It is not angled properly for one to hold onto. The power cord that came with the unit is extremely short, so we ended up plugging it into an extension outlet in order to orient the unit the way we wanted. Turned it on and off we go running. My wife uses it almost on a daily basis and we have been good about lubricating the running belt and vacuuming any dust and debris. Fast forward to late-July...the treadmill motor begins to skip randomly, altering speed, creating a trip hazard. In the video I have uploaded, it is difficult to observe the slight change in motor speed, but if one turns up the volume, one could clearly hear a change in the motor in at least two instances. Anyone who's ever used a treadmill will know that any slight change in speed while you're running may send you flying off the the treadmill, especially if there isn't any rails to hang onto to regain your balance. Reached out to the company via Amazon and immediately received a response the following day. After exchanging several emails and clips of the issue, the rep asked me to check both the running belt and the driving belt, which is located under the front housing, and provided short video clips on how to remove the housing. The company also offered me partial refund if I were to hire a local technician to look at the unit, which I declined because I was not comfortable letting a stranger into my home given the current pandemic. After going through all of the troubleshooting suggested by the rep, it was finally decided that the motor is the issue and the company issued me a full refund without having to send back the machine. I have no qualms with how the company handled after-sale support. They were prompt and tried to help the best they could. However, I simply cannot vouch for a product that costs hundreds of dollars but breaks down within 3 months of use no matter how good customer support is. In addition, I also don't think it is reasonable for a company to expect the customer to play mechanic. I am pretty handy myself so had little problem figuring things out, but that may not be everybody's thing. The poor reliability of our unit may be a blip as we may have just received a lemon unit. But the overall troubleshooting experience is probably consistent with anyone else's. Just keep in mind that if something goes wrong, you will be exchanging emails with a sales rep with somewhat decent English in China, so it will take a day to receive any response given the time difference, which is why it took us almost a week to come to a resolution.
