Perfect for my sensitive, reactive, mature (50 years +) skin. Gentle, can be used multiple times. Finally found a replacement for my old holy grail, the From Bamboo toner, that's been discontinued for years now. I use this right after washing my face. It's very thin, watery, dries down pretty quickly.

WOW. This toner is something else. It is rare to find a product that works this well and does exactly what it says it’s going to do. My skin feels brand new, hydrated, moisturized, smooth, soft. Gives me a glow. No more tight skin. I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!! if you want a good layering toner, THIS IS IT!!!!!

This is one of those super practical go-tos. I love how gentle and moisturizing it is. My favorite part is that it is PH balanced so it's the perfect first step. The bottle lasts a long time and is great for layering. This is a more watery texture so keep that in mind if you like a richer toner that's more like a nice essence or lotion like toner. However, I find it to be something that reminds me of Ceravae -- one of those it just works great, like an always good toner no matter how your skin is feeling. This would be great for any skin type and is absolutely worth purchasing.

I will forever continue to repurchase this toner. I follow a fungal acne safe skincare routine because it seems that most products that offer intense hydration ultimately break me out. This routine has served my skin well, but does make it difficult to find super hydrating products. I’m in my 40s and my skin is incredibly dry, especially during the winter months. I’ve tried a ton of toners, most have either not been hydrating enough or gotten sticky upon layering. This one feels instantly hydrating and soothing the moment you put it on, and layers beautifully. I apply anywhere between 2–5 layers, depending on how cold/dry the weather is and the condition of my skin. I cannot sing its praises enough. My search for the perfect hydrating toner is finally over.

I have normal, mildly dry skin and the way this has been glorified by Kelly Driscoll had it sounding like the best barrier toner ever. Very expensive and that's fine if it offered any moisturization.

I’ve been using the Make P Safe Me. Relief Essence Toner for YEARS, and it has become one of the most reliable products in my skincare routine. The texture is very light and watery, but it still delivers a surprising amount of hydration. Right after applying it, my skin feels instantly refreshed and calm. I like to pat on one or two layers after cleansing, and my skin absorbs it quickly without leaving any sticky feeling. My face feels soft, balanced, and much less tight after washing. It works especially well when my skin feels irritated or slightly dry. I also appreciate how gentle the formula is. It’s fragrance-free and designed with soothing ingredients which help support the skin barrier and lock in moisture. Because of that, it feels very comfortable even on sensitive skin days. Another thing I love is how well it layers with other skincare products. It preps my skin nicely so my serums and moisturizer absorb better, and my makeup applies more smoothly afterward. There isnt any pilling with spf either.

This toner is one of the very best, to help with the drying effects of using a retinoid, for mature skin. I would strongly encourage the manufacturer to keep pumping these out, and not let them run out of stock so frequently. This is a winner that I would love to keep using for many years into the future!
