What is the best electric air pump

Personally i will recommend the BRAVO electric pump .

What is the weight rating for the transom to carry the motor load, some pretty heavy 25 hp engines out there these days?

I don't think it would be a problem. I have a 20 on mine with no issues.

What motor you recommend for this kind boat strong and fast and secure. Thanks

How do I register it?

Depends on your state. In Md. I took the receipts and the paperwork that came with the boat to the Maryland Department of Natural Resources
