How could you actually expect a payment for this junk?

I felt the same way when I got mine. Incredibly disappointing. I’m surprised Amazon still allows this product to be up for sale, it’s complete garbage!

I do not do a lot of papers at once, just don’t. The punch does work well on laminated papers.
