Low waisted.
I saw a comment that theirs came high-waisted. I ordered the Medium size (I'm a size 30) in black with 3 yellow stripes and there was not enough fabric to reach my waist. Fabric stopped about 3/4ths of the way up my butt. These would be awesome if they weren't so small.
